Terros helps people manage addiction and mental illness, provides primary
medical care, restores families, supports our veterans, and connects individuals
to the care they need. We are excited to announce the opening of our newly
remodeled and expanded Terros West Clinic, located at 3864 N. 27th Avenue in
Phoenix, which is a major healthcare resource for the community.
Comprehensive primary medical care services are now available, as well as a
pharmacy and lab services. Our medical staff are bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
and services can be provided in the primary language of your choice.
A spacious learning center equipped with computers is available for patients
and community members, as well as a designated children’s area in the
welcoming and comfortable lobby. A new, multi-use room is available for
community events and can be reserved by contacting Trish Johnson at trish.
