Stay up-to-date on cases you have turned in to the Neighborhood Services Department for code
enforcement issues
The Neighborhood Services Department (NSD) focuses on preserving and
revitalizing Phoenix neighborhoods and helping residents to access city
services and programs. Neighborhood Code Compliance staff is responsible
for ensuring compliance with many city codes and ordinances.
The code enforcement process is generally initiated by a concerned resident
reporting a possible violation. The following five steps describe how to
navigate the process of issuing a complaint and tracking the outcome.
