Campus rallies around It’s on Us initiative

It’s on Us conversations can be difficult, if not heart-wrenching. Yet GCU students are willing to discuss issues surrounding the prevention of sexual harassment and sexual assault. Along with the emphasis on being an active bystander, the Associated Students of GCU have raised over $3,000 for StreetLightUSA, an organization committed to helping young girls at risk for or victims of child sex trafficking.

Prescott Hall Celebration Focuses on GCU’s Blessings

GCU celebrated the opening of its second dormitory in as many years on Wednesday morning with a ceremonial topping-off of Prescott Hall, east of the Student Union. The dorm will be the University’s third. Canyon Hall opened last August to help accommodate record campus enrollment of nearly 3,000 students. The fall semester could see as many as 4,500.
