The Phoenix Symphony is offering free admission to the first 100 GCU students to RSVP for a performance of “Mendelssohn’s Scottish Journey” featuring baritone Phillip Addis and conductor Joel Revzen. “Mendelssohn’s Scottish Journey” features songs by Verdi (“La Forza del Destino Overture”), Mahler (“Songs of a Wayfarer”) and Mendelssohn (“Symphony No. 3”).

The Phoenix Suns are giving GCU students a special discounted ticket offer for the 2nd Annual Suns Faith and Family Night on March 8 as the Suns take on the Houston Rockets at 7 p.m. With every ticket purchased, included will be: The Suns game, post-game activities, Meet N Greet & Faith Testimonial from a Suns Player, and a private concert with Christian Recording Artist Lincoln Brewster!

The Phoenix Suns are extending their college night ticket deal to all home games through the rest of the season. The Suns College Night can guarantee you a ticket to the game for $15 or less. You must purchase your ticket on game day after 10 a.m. at US Airways Center Box Office only. Students must also present their student ID to secure discount.

The Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) is offering a discount for two shows at its MIM Theatre. The MIM is located at the corner of Tatum and Mayo boulevards, just south of the 101 in Phoenix.

The Phoenix Symphony’s 2010/11 Season College Club Card gives Phoenix-area college students the opportunity to attend unlimited Symphony Classics concerts for only $30. Availability is not guaranteed to all Classics concerts. Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
