Students celebrated Fat Tuesday not only with a Mardi Gras-themed menu at the Lopes Training Table, but they painted masks, picked up a few beads and enjoyed jambalaya and more at Tuesday's Mardi Gras event on the Quad. It was presented by the Canyon Activities Board and Black Student Union.
