Here’s a sampling of children’s letters to Santa Claus, collected from last Saturday’s “Meet Santa” opportunity in the North Gym.
“For Christmas I would like Sponge Bob drawn to life for D.S. And a Livdoll horse. Not a real horse! I am going to give you some cookies.”
“What I would like for Christmas is a LivDoll Daneilla drum set. And by Daneilla drum set I mean a miniature drum set for my Daneilla doll, NOT a real sized drum set! Yesterday when I asked you for it, I could tell you were confused about that. My friend Alise wants a MP3 player that’s blue. I don’t think she’s going to see you, so I wanted to tell you her wish. She’s in Dallas, Texas, for the holidays. I’m sure you will find her.”
“I want my skates and my skateboard and a karate suit. I want my family to have a good Christmas.”
“For Christmas I would want a doll, a coloring set, clothes, a camera, dollhouse excieseries (accessories) and girl toys.”
“I know I haven’t been good this year but next year I promise I will improve on my act. All I want for Christmas is nothing. Merry Christmas, Santa!”
