GCU News Bureau

Four new Chapel speakers and one addressing the weekly gathering for the first time in person will be featured in the spring semester at Grand Canyon University.

Chapel is 11 a.m. Mondays in GCU Arena beginning Jan. 10. It usually includes music by the all-student Worship team and then a spiritual talk.

The Gathering, a second worship service for students, has been changed to 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays in Antelope Gymnasium beginning Jan. 11. However, there will be a special worship service in Sunset Auditorium, at 31st Avenue and Camelback Road, at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 6.

The list of speakers for The Gathering will be announced soon.

Sanctuary, the worship service in which the Bible is discussed in depth in a more relaxed worship setting, will take place monthly beginning Thursday, Jan. 20, in Sunset Auditorium. The other dates are Feb. 10, March 10 and April 14.
