Forty-five athletic training students and five nursing students from GCU’s College of Nursing and Health Care Professions, along with seven licensed nurses and four certified athletic trainers from the community were on hand on March 10 at Run to Fight Children's Cancer, which was held on the University campus.
GCU athletic training student Kiana Peck said, “Volunteering for the Run to Fight event was an amazing experience. It really helped solidify my passion for helping others and athletic training."
