Athletes and coaches from all 10 of GCU’s spring sports teams were recognized Monday evening at a reception at the Phoenix home of Chief Executive Officer Brian Mueller. Only three of the teams — lacrosse, men’s volleyball and men’s tennis — have officially completed their 2011 seasons. Andy Stankiewicz, named Monday as the Antelopes’ new baseball coach, also attended the event.
