Slideshow: GCU Welcomed to Campus in Massachusetts

Feature Photo Service (Greenfield, Mass.)

Last week's announcement that Grand Canyon University is in line to operate an historic, 217-acre campus in Northfield, Mass., drew coverage from secular and religious media outlets. The University would lease the property from the recipient of the gift, a supporting organization of the GCU Scholarship Foundation. The gift was made by the Green family, owners of the Hobby Lobby chain of retail stores. Steve Green, Hobby Lobby's president, is pictured in the slideshow, along with GCU's president and CEO, Brian Mueller.

Bible Verse

Now as Jesus was going up to Jerusalem, He took the twelve disciples aside and said to them, "We are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and the teachers of the law. They will condemn Him to death and will turn Him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and flogged and crucified. On the third day He will be raised to life!" (Matthew 20:17-19)
