Levi Conlow began planning his proposal to his girlfriend of four years, Rachel O'Brien, about a year ago. With the help of a few friends, his plan came together Thursday. Family and friends made a 7-foot-tall sign that invited the GCU campus to gather at the Promenade, in front of the Student Union, at 4:35 p.m. to see a live marriage proposal. Several hundred students, staff and faculty showed up to watch the big event. She said yes!
