The holidays are in full swing at GCU, which celebrated the season Tuesday with its fourth annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony at Canyon 49 Grill. The event included the presentation of the David R. Landau Hospitality Scholarship, cookie-decorating, visits with Santa and more. Read about the event here.
