Slideshow: 1st makeup Commencement ceremony

After months of waiting, GCU graduates who didn't have the chance to walk the stage because of the pandemic did so on Monday in the first of seven makeup Commencement ceremonies. About 1,000 graduates will attend each event -- the final one is slated for Nov. 15 -- with approximately 5,000 family members and friends per ceremony expected to fill GCU Arena as guests.
