Set yourself up for success this fall

By Kayla Hartson
Student Fitness Program Coordinator

With the fall semester quickly approaching, it is important to develop strong time-management skills. Don’t fall behind and then feel overwhelmed by a never ending to-do list.

Click here to read this helpful article from the BetterYou team on how to establish a daily morning routine. Starting in September, GCU Campus Recreation is partnering with BetterYou to help you reach your wellness goals by making you more aware of the time you use on your cellphone.

BetterYou is an app that focuses on physical, mindful, educational and social wellness. It allows you to set goals in each category and then helps keep you accountable by monitoring where your time is spent and which apps you use most often throughout the day.

On Sept. 8, we will kick off the semester with a BetterYou wellness challenge. GCU students and employees can join the challenge by downloading the app and creating a free account with their GCU email.
