Even under the threat of a monsoon storm, Residence Life’s Recess event drew more than 1,000 students to the intramural field for a break after the first day of fall classes. The nerd-themed event had numerous Steve Urkel look-alikes, as well as MoJo frozen yogurt, inflatable jousting matches, inflatable obstacle courses and Frisbee football. During the evening, a congo line of more than 150 people weaved its way through the crowd.
