Name the New GCU Dorms

Grand Canyon University will begin construction on a new 502 bed dorm on campus, with the groundbreaking scheduled for January 26.

This is the first of two identical dorms to be built side-by-side southeast of the Student Union. The University is looking for your help in naming the two new dorms. The guidelines are that we want names that reflect the following:

  1. We are Arizona’s private Christian University
  2. We are situated in the southwest, specifically in the state of Arizona
  3. We have a rich history and a progressive future

Remember these are names for dorms where students will be living and will add the rich heritage of Grand Canyon University. Submit your suggestions toGCU Dean of Students Mik Milem at [email protected].
