Artists dream of winning an Emmy, Grammy, Tony or Oscar.
It is the culmination of years of hard work.
A group of Grand Canyon University students recently were recognized by the Rocky Mountain Emmy Foundation, which announced its 2025 student nominations in film, animation, commercial music and dance.
The foundation honors students committed to becoming the next generation of digital media creators, journalists and broadcasters in Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and southeastern California.
Winners will be announced Sept. 6 and will be entered into national competition.
“We are so proud of our students,” College of Arts and Media Dean Dr. Craig Detweiler said. “There is plenty to celebrate because this is great for all of our programs.”
