GCU student rocks cool photos from music festival

Rylie Mayo, a GCU sophomore majoring in graphic design and advertising, loves photography. Photography instructor John Medina loves sending his students out on photo assignments, and he had Mayo capture some images at the Innings Festival in late February in Tempe. Her comments: "I photographed multiple bands, and overall it was a great learning experience. My top highlight from the weekend would be photographing my all-time favorite band, Rainbow Kitten Surprise. I have been the biggest fan of them for years, so it was such a surreal moment for me. I had a blast and I was so thankful for the opportunity!" Check out what she learned:
