Volume 9 of The Journal of Instructional Research (JIR), Grand Canyon University’s refereed academic publication on scholarly teaching, is available online here.

JIR is an annual publication by the Center for Innovation in Research and Teaching at GCU that highlights faculty and student research relevant to best practices in post-secondary instruction.

JIR is designed to enhance understanding and application of best practices in college teaching; foster dialogue concerning innovative teaching, learning and assessment strategies; and promote a scholarly approach to the practice and profession of teaching.
