University counselors in the Colangelo College of Business took advantage of Wednesday’s 117-degree day to turn their cars into a bakery. Cars were parked in the sun at 10 a.m. to allow the hot temperature to create a natural oven inside their cars. The process took four hours to complete, but in the end cookies were baked to perfection and ready to eat.
