Fitness Facts: Know your risk for breast cancer

As a followup to my posting last week about Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I would like you to estimate your risk. You can do that by following this link:

https://www.cancer.gov/bcrisktool/Default.aspx

Once you are knowledgeable about your risk, become self-aware. Early detection is key. See what the American Cancer Society recommends:

https://www.cancer.org/cancer/breast-cancer/screening-tests-and-early-detection/american-cancer-society-recommendations-for-the-early-detection-of-breast-cancer.html

Know your normal, and you can recognize changes. What is your normal size, shape and color? Reassess at the same time monthly by signing up for a reminder:

The American Cancer Society's Making Strides for Breast Cancer walk is this weekend. It is not too late to join the GCU team or financially support it! Follow this link to sign up:

Bible Verse

All these people were still living by faith when they died. They did not receive the things promised; they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance. And they admitted that they were aliens and strangers on earth. (Hebrews 11:13)
