The staff at the Cooke Health Center would like you to know if you have an appointment and cannot make it, please call and cancel. A $25 fee will be charged for any no call and no show appointments.
Last year, the Center had many no show appointments that hurt its ability to help people who needed to be seen on a same day basis or who have been trying to make an appointment.
