With 110-plus degree weather every day during Welcome Week, students welcomed Canyon Cool Down, enjoying water slides, water balloon games and more Thursday night at The Grove fields. The event, presented by the Canyon Activities Board, culminated with another weather event, a haboob that ended the evening early.
