Campus Recreation: Summer classes are here!

Join GCU Fitness at noon every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday this summer in the Lopes Performance Center for Total Body Conditioning.

Classes start Monday, April 26. We'll have fun workouts that will boost your energy and help you build strong muscles. The locker rooms in the LPC will be open again as well.

The graphic at right is an example of the type of workouts we will be leading. This workout is perfect to fit in right when you wake up, during your work break or before you go to bed.

Don’t forget to include a quick warmup to safely increase your heart rate and warm up your muscles. After you complete the workout, take a couple of minutes to cool down and do some static stretches. Click here to read a previous article about how to stretch during warmups and cooldowns.
