Campus Recreation: Lower body workout

Hey, Lopes! Take your workout outside this week and take advantage of the amazing weather!

Exercising outside and enjoying the sunshine will surely increase your energy, boost your mood and get you one step closer to reaching your health goals.

This 35-minute workout targets the lower body and requires no equipment at all. If available, you can increase the intensity by adding a pair of dumbbells – that is sure to get your heart rate elevated.

The workout is a Lower Body AMRAP.

AMRAP = As Many Reps As Possible 

Go through the list of exercise reps as many times as you can within five minutes. Rest for one minute. Repeat six times.
