Bax, Trimnal speak at Calabrio conference

Beth Bax, Assistant Director of Quality Assurance for Grand Canyon Education, and Josie Trimnal, Operations Quality Analyst and Calabrio Administrator, spoke at the recent National Calabrio Customer Connect Conference in San Antonio -- but that's not unusual. Bax has been asked to do a presentation at the conference the last four years, Trimnal the last three.

Bax spoke about how GCE has customized evaluation forms to leverage the best student experience.

Trimnal addressed the successes and efficiencies GCE has gained through process improvements using the Calabrio application and provided tips and tricks on how to engage Calabrio administrators in the successful use of the system.
