Students get to explore their future at Vanguard

Students in the Honors College recently had the opportunity to visit Vanguard, one of the world’s largest investment companies. During a five-hour “College to Corporate Workshop” at the 500,000-square-foot campus in Scottsdale, students got to network with Vanguard professionals and GCU alumni who have been hired by the company and learned about the company’s internal operations.

Honors students mingle with new advisory board

Honors College aims to turn growth into impact

Hundreds of Honors College students joined together Thursday at GCU Arena to celebrate the largest-ever class of new students and to learn about ways to get involved on campus and make an impact. There are now more than 1,600 undergraduates in the college, which is “absolutely incredible,” said Breanna Naegeli, Honors College Assistant Dean.

Honors College completes first graduating class

Twenty-one students in the Honors College inaugural group, which began in 2013, were awarded their degrees Thursday. Breanna Naegeli, Honors College assistant dean, described the moment as “bittersweet” but added, “We’ve been really blessed because without them we wouldn’t be where we are today.”

GCU celebrates growth, excellence of Honors College

Accent is on discovery in Honors College trip

Program for special-needs kids wins top Honors College Symposium prize
