of 7,000 and is ready to rock with a
multitude of events.

Mission Statement
Five years after 13 students first
went abroad, 233 GCU students and
24 staff members made 21 global
mission trips this summer, visiting 16
countries to share God’s love.

Dr. Stuart Harris came to GCU
mainly to play baseball but became a

Studies but turned an interest in programming languages into a highly successful entrepreneurial
career. Now Stauffer wants to help students in the new College of Science, Engineering and Technology
