GCU is Now Offering an Online
Master of Divinity Program!
Grand Canyon University’s online Master of Divinity (MDiv) program was designed
for bachelor’s-prepared individuals who feel led to serve in local churches, Christian
organizations or the missions field. Providing a strong foundation in both biblical and
theological knowledge, the MDiv program is the standard degree for ordained ministry.
This program focuses on the formation of Christ-like character so that graduates have
the ability to minister with wisdom and sensitivity within the community of faith. With
a focus on the text from the Scriptures, GCU’s MDiv helps students learn how to use
biblical knowledge within the context in which they choose to minister.
The MDiv program prepares those interested in vocational ministry, higher Christian
education or other ministerial professions and offers the option of two emphasis areas:
Worship Leadership
or
Global Ministry
.
