Submitted by on March 21, 2013 – 6:48 am8 Comments

The new 27th Avenue Office Center will feature two large coffee stations/break rooms, two smaller break rooms, a fitness center, exercise room and an honor system convenience store, among other things. Here are a few architectural renderings of what to expect when renovation of the building is complete this summer.

Please put high cubes in the new room building….pretty please?!

  • Rick says:

Hear, hear! I agree with Holly!

  • Morine says:

    Can we have windows. Please.

  • Josh says:

Yes, please! At least the half walls! Being able to see everyone around you is distracting, not to mention how noisy it gets.

  • Pete says:

As much natural light as possible would be awesome!

Please take the type of lighting into consideration… Fluorescent flicker is not an ergonomic advantage.

  • Nicole McMahon says:

Please no fluorescent lights! They flicker and cause some headaches. Natural lighting would be so nice!

  • Nicole says:

I agree with Holly and Pete.
Higher walls would be nice, as well as new lighting. A nicer coffee maker would be very beneficial to keep us all awake.
More desk space as well, it gets crowded sometimes.

  • Matthew says:

Please have better work chairs for the cubicals for the call centers.
