GCU student rocks cool photos from music festival

GCU News Bureau

Rylie Mayo, a GCU sophomore majoring in graphic design and advertising, loves photography. Photography instructor John Medina loves sending his students out on photo assignments, and he had Mayo capture some images at the Innings Festival in late February in Tempe. Her comments: "I photographed multiple bands, and overall it was a great learning experience. My top highlight from the weekend would be photographing my all-time favorite band, Rainbow Kitten Surprise. I have been the biggest fan of them for years, so it was such a surreal moment for me. I had a blast and I was so thankful for the opportunity!" Check out what she learned:

Bible Verse

"Consider carefully what you hear," Jesus continued. "With the measure you use, it will be measured to you — and even more. Whoever has will be given more; whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him." Mark 4:24-25

Jesus continued His message, saying, "Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and His worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth." (John 4:23-24)
