The GCU Technical Support team reports that Internet Explorer 6 is not compatible with ANGEL 7.4 in several classroom feature including Discussion Forums. Students and staff in online courses may have trouble accessing some of the ANGEL 7.4 features. To correct this, we offer several, free upgrade links for your operating system:

  1. Internet Explorer 7 can be downloaded and installed as an upgrade to IE 6 for Windows XP from http://vault.gcu.edu/gcuie.html
  2. Firefox 3.0 can be downloaded and installed for the following Operating Systems: Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000 at http://vault.gcu.edu/firefox.html
  3. Firefox 2.0 can be downloaded for Windows 98, Windows 98SE, Windows ME and Windows NT 4.0 from http://vault.gcu.edu/firefox.html
