Benefits Open Enrollment is all about making Educated Choices.
This is your once-a-year opportunity to make changes to your health insurance benefits and flexible spending accounts. Open Enrollment begins November 16, and ends November 30. You will have two weeks to learn, decide, and enroll in your benefits. Changes you make during Open Enrollment will be effective as of January 1, 2010.
In response to feedback we have received from you, and our continuous efforts to provide the best benefit choices for our employees, we are making some changes with our carriers. You’ll have a new medical network to access for your medical providers, a stand-alone vision plan as well as other benefit enhancements.
GCU is committed to offering highly competitive benefits and we allocate significant resources to our employees’ health and wellness. And, it is up to each of us to get the most from what is available. Our annual enrollment is an excellent opportunity to review all of your GCU benefits – why not give your benefits an “annual check up” to make sure you’re doing all you can for your health and financial security?
