According to HR, family members may enroll in undergraduate and graduate programs, excluding EMBA and Doctoral programs. Below is taken directly from the policy.

Graduate Student: A graduate student is a student enrolled at GCU in a program of study above the baccalaureate level (excluding the EMBA and Doctoral programs) leading to a professional degree.

· 100% tuition for a qualified employee for ground and online programs

· 50% tuition for a qualified spouse or one dependent child for ground and online programs.

An Executive MBA student is a graduate student enrolled at GCU in the Ken Blanchard College of Business’ EMBA program.

· Tuition at a total amount equivalent to tuition for a regular MBA program for a qualified employee.

· An employee must have one year of unbroken service at GCU prior to application.

· Employee must be in a position at the Executive Director level or above to be considered.

· Program of study should relate to the employee’s GCU career development. Must be recommended by employee’s Director and Senior Leadership.

· This benefit does not apply to spouses or dependent children.

· Enrollment of employees in the EMBA program will be limited to 2% of total enrollment determined at the end of each semester. Eligible employees may be placed on a waiting list.

Doctoral Student: A doctoral student is a student enrolled at GCU in a program of study leading to a doctoral degree.

· 100% tuition for a qualified employee. Fees, books, residency and dissertation costs are not included.

· An employee must have one year of unbroken service at GCU prior to application.

· Employee must be in a Full-Time Faculty position, or in a position at the Manager level or above.

· Program of study should relate to the employee’s GCU career development. Justification must be provided.

· This benefit does not apply to spouses or dependent children.

· Enrollment of employees in a Doctoral program will be limited to 5% of total enrollment determined at the end of each semester. Eligible employees may be placed on a waiting list.

Are benefits for family members limited to undergraduate only? I am pursuing my MBA, and my wife is pursuing her BS? Thank you.

YEA! It will be so nice to have a REAL benefits program! Thank you HR and Brian Mueller. I'm also excited about the FSA debit cards - that will make it so much easier!

A really fun time. My 9 year old daughter was IMPRESSED with the purple light strings on the mall palms ... really cool! She also got to meet Andy (a.k.a. Thunder) Lope. Emma has her sights on playing volleyball here when the time comes!

Also, the chili dogs were great!
