It's on! Grand Canyon University's Golden Turkey Trophy has embarked on its annual Tour de Turkey, trotting from campus to campus under the watchful eyes of its trusty flock of Gobble Gurus and round-the-coop GCU patrols.

The guarding of the popular prize is in full flight and GCU officers are taking no chances. Word is out they will peck first and ask questions later. They are on the lookout for potential poultry pilferers, especially those whose ganders may be up because they have failed to win the gilded gobbler in contests' past. They should scratch any plans they may have hatched to seize the bird mid-tour.

For employees playing by the rules, roasting rights are at stake. Which campus will give the highest percentage of  $10 donations? Peoria, 27th Avenue Building 66, 27th Avenue Building 71 or the main campus? Birds of a feather can contribute together. Come on, yolks, it's for a good cause!

The winner gets the glory of displaying the Golden Turkey Trophy until next Thanksgiving season, when it embarks on another tour.

Hurry! The contest ends Monday. Make sure you find your Gobble Guru and make your donation. You don't want to wind up in the hen house.

Bible Verse

"Consider carefully what you hear," Jesus continued. "With the measure you use, it will be measured to you — and even more. Whoever has will be given more; whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him." Mark 4:24-25

Jesus continued His message, saying, "Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and His worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth." (John 4:23-24)
