The Student Union is hosting a display of photography by GCU student and staff photographers. The display is available through next week, and the photos are available for purchase.

Much of the work is by several first year photography students taking Art 215 Digital Photography.

Photos are available for purchase/donation until Friday, April 29. If interested in a particular shot, please see Terri Faust in the Office of Campus Life to reserve your photo and make a donation towards the GCU Missions Fund.

Please specify the photographer and a short description of the photo you are interested in so it can be reserved.

Gavin Linderman is one of the student photographers on board for this missions fundraiser. His photograph is called ‘End of the Road.’

“I submitted this photo not because of its apparent beauty but because of what it captures,” says Linderman. “It’s the end of a road at the edge of our city…and the beginning of the desert wilderness. It reminds me of the story of John the Baptist preparing the way for Jesus. Mark 1:2-3

“Look, I am sending my messenger ahead of you,
and he will prepare your way.
He is a voice shouting in the wilderness,
‘Prepare the way for the LORD’s coming!
Clear the road for him!”
